SeaMonkey の L10N については最初は Suite と同様、Gecko 1.9 ベースのビルドでは CVS を導入するつもりのようです。

As we still have no source L10n approach for SeaMonkey yet, we will use basically the same process as we did for Mozilla 1.7.x - BUT all L10n teams that work on SeaMonkey will need to be added to the new SeaMonkey L10n teams list at http://wiki.mozilla.org/SeaMonkey:Localization_Teams

We need this step to not copy all, possibly dead and outdated teams from the Mozilla 1.x list. Also, we want to get nearer to the system used for Firefox/Thunderbird so that only teams that can provide a full L10n can be considered official L10n teams.

For the 1.0 Alpha release, you will be able to find release builds in http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/releases/1.0a/ once that directory can get created (I'm working on that), as long as that is not available, we'll keep our last candidates (== release builds) in http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/contrib/latest-mozilla1.8/

If you are building binaries yourself, use the SEAMONKEY_1_0a_RELEASE tag for pulling the files from CVS, or use the source packages we will upload to the releases directory as soon as we can create it.

Please post localized packages to n.p.m.l10n / mlp-staff@mozilla.org as usual, we'll upload them to http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/releases/1.0a/contrib-localized/ and add them to the download page at http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/releases/
